Gnocchi & Sausage with Tomato Cream

Ingredients: 1 pound gnocchi, 1 1/2 cups pre-cooked crumbled sausage, 5 oz fresh spinach, one jar Florentine Tomato Cream, grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook gnocchi according to

package directions.
2. Heat sausage in a skillet on medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes. Add spinach, and saute for 5 minutes. Add Tomato Cream, and heat for 5 minutes on medium-low heat. Add gnocchi and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Stir often throughout.
3. Divide evenly among plates and top with Parmesan cheese.
4. Enjoy!
