Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Need a quick Thanksgiving side dish that's simple and delicious?  Well, look no further!

 

Ingredients: 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, 1 small onion, sliced, 6 oz Florentine House Dressing, 6 slices bacon, chopped, Parmesan cheese

 

 

1. Preheat the oven to 425.

2. Combine Brussels sprouts, onion, and Florentine House Dressing in a bowl; mix well.

3. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet, and top with chopped bacon.  Roast for 25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.

4. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Enjoy!
